  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items purchased during clearance or clearance sales.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or completely incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Reporting Window: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Proof Required: To help us verify the issue swiftly, please email us a clear photo or an unboxing video of the damaged item along with your order number.

  2. Pickup/Shipping: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (wherever service is available). If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will guide you on how to ship it back to us, and shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
